Reservations and Policies

If you want to stay with us in Nelson, please reserve your room as early as possible 
The whole region is a very popular tourist destination and is often heavily booked - 
particularly in the peak summer season from mid-November to mid-April 

We are happy to respond to any queries you have by e-mail. If we are unable to accommodate you 
we will try and refer you to other quality establishments 

Serendipity does not require payment of a deposit with your reservation. We do request, however, that once you have made a booking with us that you advise us of any change of your travel plans as soon as practical 

We are normally here to greet guests between 4.00 and 6.00 pm  If you expect to arrive earlier or later than this please let us know While we are happy to try and accommodate late or early arrivals/departures we do ask you to advise us of these please

We are happy to try and accommodate any special dietary needs or concerns if these are advised at the time of booking

We are sorry but Serendipity cannot accommodate children or guest pets 

Smokers are asked to only smoke outside the house please

Tariff - Room rate (single or double) NZ$150.00 per night

This amount includes full cooked, or scrumptious continental, breakfasts as well as all taxes

If we are able to accommodate you then on confirmation of your booking we will e-mail you with detailed instructions on how to find us. If you are driving to Nelson let us know which way you are coming and we will send you some tips for things to see and do along the way. If we are unable to accommodate you then we will try to refer you  to other nearby Bed & Breakfast establishments that we can recommend...
